The gentleman manning the store today was amazing, very helpful for a dad who knows nothing about Sushi helping his daughter get the sushi she loves. A++

I visited this restaurant on June 4 and was very disappointed by the customer service. I arrived approximately 25 minutes before closing time, which I believe was still enough time to place an order. After giving me the menu, the employee left me to review it while serving other customers. Since there were many items on the menu, I needed a few minutes to decide. When I was finally ready to order, I was told that the meal I wanted could not be prepared because they did not want to make more rice with only 15 minutes left before closing. Instead, I was told to choose something else and was pressured toward specific menu items. As a customer, I found this very frustrating. If certain items are no longer available before closing, this should be communicated clearly from the beginning. I had just been discharged from the hospital after giving birth and made the effort to come in despite having difficulty walking. Being treated this way made the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the customer service was poor, and I left feeling unwelcome. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers are treated with more consideration and respect.
