Sushi Shop Belleville

Ordered takeout from too good to go and said pickup between 8-9 (end of day) on the app all day. Got there about 8:30 and worker said had no idea what I was talking about saying didn’t know there was an order and hasn’t seen any come in. Proceeded to check her phone and said she was surprised I came as she canceled my order as they didn’t have any food (so which one was it she didn’t know there was a order or she canceled mine and why the story change plus I had just placed my 15 mins prior). Tried offering me a cheap substitute bowl saying would be quicker for her to make and I said I didn’t want a bowl and would just take refund. She quickly relented and said would quickly get me a takeout tray. Asked what it was and would not tell me that’s how the tggt boxes are. Waited for her to get it ready and handed me a bag feeling very light. Opened it up and was presented with very small roll and a half (maybe). Pointed out this was very small and I was not impressed that it was supposed to be a $25 value and she tried to say was their best combo they offered. I understand mistakes can happen or something gets overlooked at the end of the night well trying to close up and go home but not a fan of the changing story and the mediocre food that would have been half the price and probably better quality from Walmart or the grocery store deli

awesome service! very courteous, I’ll be coming back again and again! salmon poke bowl, shrimp tempura and fruit bubble tea were all delicious!
