Plain sushi but not bad, but good service

Ordered a tuna poke bowl and when the cashier went back cause she noticed she forgot something, the cook removed some pieces of tuna… I complained and she said she had put too much. I answered I paid over 30$ for this and a drink , I think you can leave the tuna. She answered I paid so much because I asked for extra mango and that they only put 8grams of tuna. I wanted to give it back cause on top of it, she put so much mayo and sauce I guess to hide the pieces she took out. At least it’s good…. Minus all the sauce . just bad service.
