La qualité des sushis et des poke bowls offerts au Sushi Shop de Saint-Rémi est tout simplement excellente. Le service est toujours fiable et rapide. Le personnel est très sympathique, efficace et extrêmement poli. J’ai même eu une expérience très positive lors d’une erreur dans une commande à emporter : un simple appel a suffi, et Stéphanie a immédiatement reconnu l’erreur et m’a offert une compensation parfaitement adéquate. Voilà un exemple d’un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Merci à toute l’équipe ! ---- The quality of the sushi and poke bowls offered at Sushi Shop Saint-Rémi is truly excellent. The service is consistently reliable and fast. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and exceptionally polite. I also had a very positive experience when there was a small mistake with a takeout order. A quick phone call was all it took—Stéphanie immediately acknowledged the error and offered a perfectly appropriate compensation. This is a great example of outstanding customer service.
